Imagine yourself cutting through the myriad of demands in your life, and hitting your target.  You know you have what it takes, you have had successes in your life, but now you realize that certain ideas, desires and goals have been mulling around in your head too long.

How it works - Coaching generally lasts 2 – 6 months with weekly sessions depending on the type of goals.  Sessions may be done during your lunch hour or another convenient time for you. They are done over the phone or on skype.  If you are in the Chico, California area sessions may be in the office.

It’s time for action.   You will visualize your success, work through the obstacles and thrive on the challenge. Pick up the phone for a  complementary session to discuss how to get what you want in life.
